16th December "Carols by Candlelight" 6:30pm
This Service is one of the highlights of the year for many. The Lights are turned off and each person's candle is lit to illuminate our beautiful church. The Choir and congregation sing some of our favorite carols. An absolute must to bring in the Christmas Spirit.
NOTE: this service is extremely popular and the church is packed. If you have small children you might like to consider the other services.
19th December "Blue Christmas" 7:30pm
At St Bart's we understand that for some people Christmas isn't always a happy occasion, especially if memories of a loved one are heavy in your heart. This service is a gentle time of worship as we thank God for His son Jesus, and remember those that have passed.
It is also a time to allow God strengthen you in your time of need if you are feeling low during these winter months.
2:00pm "Crib Service" aimed mainly at children KS1 and younger
A lovely little Service in which the children are given costumes to dress up as shepherds or angels.
There are a few carols and a story around the Nativity Crib scene.
4:00pm "Christingle "
Each piece of the Christingle holds special symbolism to help children understand the importance of Jesus and the Gospel, and its relevance at Christmas time.
11:30pm "Midnight Mass"
Join us as we come together to Worship God and praise the birth of Jesus.
This is a popular communion service on this Holy night. Hear the Church bells chime Midnight and share God's peace with each other as we see in Christmas day!
8:00am "Holy Communion"
Up early? Join us on this special day for this traditional morning worship.
Plenty of time to put the Turkey in the oven afterwards.
10:00am "Family, All age Communion service"
Happy Christmas! Bring your family, bring your parents, bring your friends for this fun, friendly informal morning of worship as we celebrate the birth of Jesus!.

20th January "Epiphany Carol Service" 6:30pm
This is the one service in the year that we use the incense "Frankincense"
Epiphany is celebrating the revelation of God to mankind the human form of Jesus Christ. The observance had its origins in the eastern Christian church, and included the birth of Jesus Christ; the visit of the three Magi/ wise men (Caspar, Melchior and Balthasar) who arrived in Bethlehem; and all of Jesus' childhood events, up to his baptism in the Jordan by John the Baptist.
In this service we sing "We Three Kings from Orient are..."

SUNDAY 8:00am Holy Communion service according to the Book of Common Prayer
A Traditional Church of England Service, Its peaceful. meditative and a great way to start the day. (Service ends 8:40)
10:00am Holy Communion Service with Choir and lots of people from all age groups.
We offer a Creche and a Junior Church Sunday school for the young up to teenagers. There is Tea Coffee and conversation in the Oak Room after the service. (Service ends 11:20)
Parade Service 2nd Sunday of the Month 10:00am
All the uniformed organisations (Cubs, Guides, Boys Brigade etc) participate in this monthly service as we encourage our youth in their worship to God. The service is short, lively, friendly and informal. (Service ends 10:50)
This traditional service is a peaceful reflective act of worship according to the Book of Common Prayer. It features a Sermon and beautiful choral singing from our accredited choir. Sit back and enjoy. (Service ends 7:30)
9:00am (Monday To Saturday) Morning Prayers
Lasting about 20 minutes, it is an uplifting way to start the day.
Coffee served afterwards

Sundays 11:45 All-Age Worship. This Lively growing service is short, relaxed and ideal for those with small children who like to worship together as a family. Music is often supplied by our talented musicians "The Elastic Band" The service takes place every week. (service ends 12:45 to 1:00pm)
